About Our Coffee
We collaborate directly with trusted importers who prioritize sustainability, transparency, and fair compensation to guarantee you quality coffee.
We roast every Tuesday and ship during the next 2 days. Each bag includes a roast date.
Abolutely! Write your favorite brew method in the comments section at checkout and we will take care of it.
We recommend storing coffee in a cool, dry place, tightly sealed. Freezing is not necessary and may alter the flavors.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship across Canada.
- Quebec & Ontario: Free shipping on orders over $65 CAD.
- Orders under $65 incur a $10 CAD fee.
We roast every Tuesdays and ship Tuesday to Thursday.

Yes! We provide customizable subscription plans tailored to your preferences.
Wholesale & Partnerships
Yes, we partner with cafes, restaurants, and retailers to provide our coffee.
We offer training sessions and technical support for our wholesale partners.
Returns & Support
Please contact us at commandes@8mdt.ca within 3 days of receiving your shipment; we will be happy to assist you.
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns. However, please contact us if there is an issue so we can find a solution.
